A delicate mid 19th century French gilt metal ladies pocket watch holder with a glass vanity tray on a twisted wire stand.
The recessed dish for the watch has a pretty scalloped edge and an elegant french lily pattern surface. The gilding is in excellent condition. Good hook at the top.
The oval scalloped blue glass tray features a rough texture on the outside giving it a frosty appearance. It is held in place by three prongs. There is a small chip and a couple of fleabites on the polished top edge.
