It is obvious that Lang was a very talented Cincinnati artist as he has his address on the back of the painting. I am not sure of his period but i am guessing early 20th century based on materials used. I have seen other art by him, including native american studies.

It is 11x14\" oil on canvas, and about 15x19\" w/frame.
