Click to View Image Album This is an antique Irish Blackthorn Shillelagh cane walking stick…natural Irish Blackthorn shaft…great burled handle…from an extensive estate Shillelagh collection.

The Shillelagh has a burl handle…great look, shape and color…handle is about 2 ½” across, 1 ½” high…typical age cracks…see my pics.

The Shillelagh is a bit over 33 ½” long…natural Irish Blackthorn shaft retaining its bark with some bark loss, especially just under handle and slight use and age wear…brass and iron tip. This great Shillelagh, carried for style, defense and probably some support but not full support since it is a bit flexible…makes a nice addition to your collection.
