Offered is an unusual and interesting Antique natural Opal ring exhibiting a 3 dimensional design. This is rare, I have never seen another like it. The opal reflects different colors in different lights, however, what is most noticeable in natural daylight is a beautiful greenish-blue hue towards the top of the opal. You can identify, in many cases, a natural opal. A natural stone exhibits random streaks of color while many man made opals exhibit evenly and closely spaced reflective colors that appear more like a pattern verses the random streaks.
