It is in good condition overall, its only real flaw is the separation of 2 boards that make up the seat, and looks like a crack but is not
The seat is sturdy and stable despite the split, and the two boards are well attached, they are not flimsy
It is held together by screws that are a part of its decor
It would fit well into a rustic or a mission style home, as it is decorative and functional at the same time
