This is a pair of solid oak frames dating to 1850-1899. They have a metal liner ornamentation and turned spiral pieces on sides, top and bottom. I am unable to tell the type of metal on the liner, seems to be non magnetic. It appears as though the top edge of the frames was never finished but it has a nice dark patina. There is no glass included with these frames due to the cost of shipping and packing.Over all measurement is 16.25\" x 14\", inside viewing area measures, 9.5\" x 7.5\". These frames appear to be put together with nails commensurate with their age. These frames will show minor defects and patination, all commensurate with their age. Please examine the photographs carefully before placing your offer.
