Antique Oil Painting

You are offerding on a nicely done antique oil painting on masonite board. The artist is Maxwell Creighton of Midland, Texas and the home is the Mullholland Place in Midland. Rather nice detail in the painting....... especially of the roof. The 19th century gesso frame is really special and gives the painting an almost Gothic look when combined with the house and the dark bluish gray sky.

The painting is in very good condition with no paint loss or in painting. The antique ornate frame has a great bronzed patina and is in very good condition also with just very minor wear.

The framed painting measures 27 3/4\" X 23 3/4\" \".....while the painting itself is 24\" X 20\".
