Condition of the painting: Quite a few places where paint is off, the top of the windmill, roof, several places on the lower half of the picture, and a scratch in the blue sky.

Condition of the frame is good. It has a few places where paint has flaked off on the front side. The bottom inside edge has paint off where ithad beensitting rather than being hung up.

The wooden frame is beaded and is gold in color.Beading looks very good.

Back is covered with old cardboard.There is a wire attached for hanging the picture.
