Cherubs, Grape Bunches, Leaves, Pearls, and other ornate and decorative features
88 lb Heavy Cast Iron
24\" Tall x 18\" Diameter
9\" x 9\" Base
Paint is chipping and peeling
Minor surface rust, scratches, scrapes, chips, dings to the cast iron
Rust, dirt, and other debris on the inside of the planter
No cracks in cast iron.
Solid
The planter originally had two handles but have been removed or broken off
2\" x 3\" surface spot missing where one handle was removed (pic #10). Ornate piece missing that was originally attached to the top rim.

The building on Royal Street that houses Brennan\'s Restaurant was built in 1795. The restaurant has been in operation at that site since about 1956. The Metal urn/planter was removed from the property and placed in storage by the Brennan family sometime after 1956 and recently sold at an sale. Cleaned and repainted the Ornate Urn/Planter is a great addition to Home, Garden, Patio, Poolside, Restaurant, Hotel, Museum, or other Business with a touch of New Orleans French Quarter Charm and History.
