This antique mechanical pencil is marked Eversharp Wahl Co. Gold Filled Made in USA. It has a fancy hatch design alongthe barrel. The length is 4\" and there is a hang ring atthe top. There is a shallow dent on the barrel as shown in the photo between my finger and thumb. Also, I do not havelead so I have not tested the open close mechanism (but the top does turn).
