This listing is for an Antique Lilahan or Bakhtiari Oriental Rug Carpet with an early Transitional Design and colors on a Navy / Blue Ground measuring 84 inches by 126 inches overall.In excellent condition with good pile throughout with no foundation visible.Exceptional Archaic Design Sets this rug apart with its later counterparts and dates it back to very early part of 20th century . I figure Circa 1900 to 1910 .Variant blue field.Very heart-warming.Exceptional brilliant vegetable and natural dyes .Ends are hand secured.This rug has been soak washed by a textile conservator ( pre 2015 )and it shines brilliantly. It is clean enough to touch face with.
