It is handmade with heavy-dutyindustrial components; 12\" wood base with a riveted brass plate, brass rivet pins, and a solid piece of brass tooled into the arrow. The center arrowspins easily and the leather strap makes a great casino sound as it slaps themetal pins. The numbers are impressed into the brass plate. The dice knob on top of the spinner is stamped Pat. Pend. and has another mark that I can\'t decipher. The felt bottom shows a lot of wear from a lot of use! This is a uniquepiece of American gambling history.
