Today I am offering a antique circa turn of the century medical testing equipment This is a Shelton Violet Ray type 202. Box is made from the Shelton Electric company Chicago and new York. Pat applied for. Looks like it is missing some glass parts. Has two glass parts and some kind of metal part. Glass parts are signed Shelton on the metal handles. Violet ray tube signed Shelton also. Hums when plugged in. Does not work. Outer case has some wear with paper peeling off in some spots. Has string as handle for outer box. Nice early Quack medicine collectible.
