You are offerding on a RARE type of Ottoman Turkish kard dagger with agate handle and wootz blade. This is probably from the first half of 19th century. The stone of the handle is inlay with gold wire and it seems there is a small precious inlay red stone as well. The knife comes with original scabbard. Both the knife and scabbard are in good condition, there are few tiny nicks on the blade. The pommel is figural. The knife is 9 inches overall from which the blade is 5.4 inches long. Nice ottoman wootz blade. An interesting rare knife. Please scroll down to see all the pictures.
