This beautiful rabbit is 7 inches tall from the bottom of its wooden legs to the top of his long ears. He is 7 inches long from nose to tail. The cart is 11 inches long from the hitch rails to the back of the cart. The cart is 4 1/2 inches high from the bottom of the wheels to the top of the cart. The wheels are 3 inches. The cart is covered with moss and green string. The rabbit is attachedto the cart with two peaces of brown twine. The Rabbit is marked that it was made in Germany.
You do not see this type of workmanship any more. Just by looking at this Rabbit andCart you can see that the person who made this Beautiful Beauty had a true love and passion for their craft. This would have been a wonderful sight to see with hidden treats inside and great treasurersin the wagon!!!
This beautifulcandy dish is so delicate it is hard to believe that it has been around for many years. It is amazing to think that once this wonderful Paper Mache Rabbit Candy dish was given to a child or on a grandmothers coffee table for everyone to enjoy.
