Antique Rare German Dresden Volkstedt Figural Group Figurine 18 1/2\" Large. Rare Beautiful HAND painted PORCELAIN FIGURAL GROUP, detailed genre scene depicting an 18th century style finely dressed group of four people gathered around a white piano, the two seated gentleman, playing piano and lute, and the two standing ladies singing with sheet. Marked Aelteste Volkstedt, this marking was used from 1900 to 1936 years. Dimensions: 18\"L x 10.25\"W x 10.75\"H.
In very good condition. Have some small very thin cracks on glaze. Under the piano, (pic N 3) not sure if the flower is missing or it is a small damage. And the part of the lute (pic N 5) Not sure if there is a crack or part has been reattached. Otherwise all of the flowers and petals are present. All Fingers are present.
