Decorative Passover Seder Plate with Jewish Menorah Motifs, Red Copper

Made in Israel (or Palestine) circa 1940s - 1950s

For Display or Wall Hanging / Wall Decor

Very nice and detailed work, fabricated from red copper withnice green patina spots, showing the signs of age. Traditionally designed, round with places on the perimeter for the 6 special foods of Passover, their names in Hebrew, and an embossed design of the Jewish Jerusalem Temple Menorah (7 branches) in between them.In the middle isthe word Passover - \"Pesach\" in Hebrew, floral decorations, and the main sentence from the Pssover Haggadah, in Hebrew : \"Ma NIshtana Ha\'Layla Ha\'Ze Mi\'Kol Ha\'Leylot?\" - what differs this night from all nights? That this night we are all sat to the table and celebrate the holiday of freedom of the people of Israel. From slavery to freedom.

This plate is in very good condition with some minor dents and green patina spots

Collectible Judaica / Israeliana artifact, for display on the desk or hanging on the wall - it has a small hinge on the back for wall hanging (original)
