The warranty for this awesome Violet Ray Machine starts on February 23, 1921 according to the original warranty card. This is called Halliwell Shelton High Frequency Violet Ray it states it is for beauty and better health. The case isdirty and dusty but in great shape. The instruction manual and other paperworkare stained and yellowing but still awesome. The inside of the case is dirty, I did not clean it after purchasing it at an estate sale. I think it is missing an accessory or part of an accessory. The glass tube is intact. My wife and me tested it and sometimes it worked sometimes it did not work. We would wiggle the cord to get it to work. It may just need a good cleaning or it may need more serious work.
