This is an antique cup and saucer set made between 1891-1920 by the Ridgway Pottery in England in blue transferware on a white background with gold gilt accents. It is in fairly good condition. There is a small hairline (noted in photos) by the top of the cup extending approx. 1/4\". This does not go through to the other side of the cup. Also a small chip near the top of the cup with some browning on that spot. There is some crazing, color and gold loss. Also a very small \"pepper\" mark on the saucer. The bottom of the saucer is marked \"Ridgways Oriental W.R. England\". The cup measures 2 1/4\" high x just over 3 1/2\" diameter at the top, the saucer is 6 1/8\" wide.
