Up for sale is an antique-style Roman Empire copy of the urn of the Roman emperor Augustus. It is made out of heavy solid bronze. On the sides, there are two goat\'s head motifs -- absolutely stunning! This is a very large and a very heavy urn. It\'s in great condition. However, if you look in some of the photos, you may see some white residue. This is merely just some white paint that the previous owner got onto it when painting their ceiling and walls. I already tried to clean it and the paint comes off very easily, but, I am no expert on cleaning bronze, and, I didn\'t want to further clean it and possibly damage it in some way. But, rest assured that those white spots aren\'t damage, but are merely specks of white paint that come off quite easily. The urn just needs a thorough, proper cleaning, by someone who knows how to clean bronze without scratching / damaging it. Otherwise, it\'s an absolutely stunning urn! Has a padded bottom so that it won\'t scratch up your mantel or furniture. Measures 18\" tall x 16 1/2\" wide approx.
