Up for sale is an antique commemorative Staffordshire plate by Rowland and Marsellus. Depicting the Capitol in Washington D.C. this plate is in deep rich blue and border features flowers and fruit and has a 10 inch diameter. Piece is in overall good condition but does have age crazing and some firing flaws (see photos) also there are some blue spots underneath the glaze (visible in pictures)Please thoroughly inspect photos as they are part of description and ask any questions before offerding.
