Antique Royal Doulton Burslem Floral Lillies Enameled Gilt Art Nouveau Ewer Nr For Sale

This is one of many Estate fresh items from various Maryland Estates in the Bay Area. This is a beautiful Art Nouveau Floral painted ewer. Made during the Victorian period late 19th Century. Made in England by the then Doulton Burslem company soon to become Royal Doulton. One of the best known pottery factories in England. This one is form number 6052. A great bulbous lower section body with a tall slender upper body and handled ewer or pitcher. It is hand enamel painted with fantastic lilies and leaves. Then gold outlined around the edges with a matte finish to it. Then the slender upper body finished in a glossy dark brownish red with spatter gold over it. Has a delicate slender handle & small spout. It is stamped on the bottom with the Doulton Burslem crown mark and impressed Doulton 6052, it also has the artist initials HB intertwined painted on. Possibly for Harry Barnard. It measures 8-1/2" by 4". It is in fantastic condition for its age. Only problem I see is a small flea bite flake to the rim. DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS FANTASTIC PIECE!
