Pre-Owned in very good Condition. Great detail. Miniature replica of a US Navy model 1852 officer\'s sword. Great detail with white enamel to emulate the sharkskin grip, and a 1.8mm round diamond set in the grip. The scabbard is removable, and serves as the clutch. The piece is unmarked, but tests strong for 14k, and the diamond tested good as well. There is a small notch in the scabbard from a previous acid test not performed by us. The blade, scabbard, and grip/guard are all gold. 4.4 grams overall. 84.2mm in the scabbard.

Great detail with niello inlay on the scabbard and hilt. The markings indicate Russian .875 silver, with the first Kokoshnik mark with initials AP, dating the piece to 1898-1908. The scabbard is removable. The blade looks yellowish and may be nickel silver. The piece does have a maker\'s mark which we could no identify. 3 3/4\" long in the scabbard. Offered as-is, as found, straight from a local estate.
