This list is for a Russian Samovar from the Late 19 Century. It is in the Standard Drum Shape. It has several award seals that are rather obscure dating from 1893-1900. As far as Condition it does show use. While the Brass is nice and shiny it does have some soft indents and some mars in the brass. I tested it for water leaks and it DOES NOT leak. It has the chimney inside, the chimney cover and the crown.The maker mark looks like this. BATAMEBbl TYRA (Tula).(See photos and enlarge for a good look) It is 19 inches tall and 14 inches wide. It has wood handles and knobs and a key shaped spigot turner. It weight is 11 lbs so by the time it is shipped I am allowing total 14 pounds for box and proper wrapping. If there is a significant overcharge for shipping I always refund. This came from an Estate in Maryland of a Lovely Lady who had many lovely things. Check out my other sales. Her son is just now parting with items he does not want. In 2007 this was appraised for 400 dollars as is. I am starting this out at 1/2 that. I will include a copy of the appraisal.
