Description:A Russian porcelain platter from the Alexander III Coronation Service made by the Imperial Porcelain Factory during the reign of Alexander III. The platter, decorated on the rim with the new style crowned double headed eagle emblazoned with ST George against a red ground and seals from various Russian cities placed among the up-spread wings. Two gilded bands encircle the wide rim.
Circa: 1881-1894Dimensions:12 1/2\" (31.8 cm).
Condition:Rim has old restoration, wear to the gilding and a chip to the foot rim. please see pictures for more detail
