Antique Russian Silver-plated Samovar from 2nd Half of 19th C., Aleksander Kacz

Up for sale an incredible antique Russian silver-plated savor from the second half of 19th century, manufactured in the Moscow factory of Aleksander Kacz (Александр Кач).

Kacz’s factory manufactured samovars to order only. The lead time would often take several months.

This item is made from silver-plated brass. The handles of the lid are made from mother-of-pearl. The samovars condition is very good. Only a piece of the mother-of-pearl is missing from the spigot key and two small indents on the samovar’s body.

The original silver-plating has no abrasions. All parts original. No signs or repair.

It is truly a rare collector’s item.
