This is a very old (circa 1900 or older) Samson paper weight advertising for Studebaker.... carriages! If you are a Studebaker collector, you already know that the company supplied more carriages for US presidents than any other manufacturer. This advertising piece advertises \"Studebaker Carriages and Carriage Repairing\" on the top of the anvil. Made by the Van Wagoner and Williams Hardware Company of Cleveland, Ohio. Inscription on the side reads \"Samson VW&WH Cleveland, O.\" Anvil is 3 5/8\" long, 1 9/16\" tall. These began to be produced around 1894. We ship quickly. Buy with confidence!
