A highly decorative pair of fine quality sterling silver candlesticks Egyptian style banana tree columns with removable bobeches and standing on stepped square bases

They measure 22.5 cm (8.9 inches) in height and their base is about 9 cm ( 3.5 inch) wide.

The are both stamped on the base and the removable bobeches with hallmarks for the Sheffield silversmith Walter Latham & Son Sheffield and date codes for 1902.

There is no personal engraving or monograms. The hallmarks on the bobeches are crisp and clear but the hallmarks on the body are partially rubbed.

Overall these finely made pieces are in nice antique condition with only tiny dings around the base.
