Item details: An Excellent quality solid silver christeningmug/Tankard made in London in 1889 by James Wakely & Frank Clarke Wheeler.The Mug is made from a thick quality gauge of silver and has a fantasticembossed decoration all over. There is all embossed work around the top of swirlsand cherub heads and a central vacant cartouche. The interior of the item isGold gilded which gives you a sign of the quality. Overall a Quality item andwould make a great gift or addition to your collection.
