Antique Silver Eastern Orthodox Cross Pendant Vintage Chain:

This fascinating cross pendant is heavy for its size ( 2 3/4" x 2 1/4" )and looks very old and primitive. The decoration and inscriptions are on one side only, but worn as a decorative piece only, the plain side is very pretty. The chain measures 24". It is brass and possibly from the 1930's. The pendant appears to be Russian or other Eastern Orthodox and possibly dates from the 17th century.
