Levi & Salaman 1919

This very pretty dressing tablebox was made by Levi & Salaman of Birmingham in 1919.

Both the lid and base are hallmarked:

The one on the base is underneath on the rim:

The top, we think, has been left instrong sunlight and is now \'clouded\':

Inside:

Unfortunately the glass at the bottom is loose as the glue has perished, but the glass is clear and intact.

It stands on three beautiful ball and claw feet and although one isbent it still stands true.

There are a few dents and it does need a good clean.

The hinge is undamaged and the lid fits tightly and square.

We will pack it well.

It has a top diameter of approximately 3.50 inches and stands approximately 2.25 inches high.
