Can\'t find anything like this and it is super unique. You wind the top button and you may either hit the bell in the classic way to make it go \"ding\" or you may press down and the bell continually rings. The base is slightly out of circle from a bump at some point in time. Please see the photos. It is a minor defect but I wanted to make you aware of it.
