You are looking at an Antique Silver Vesta Case that has been converted to petrol lighter.
The Cartouche has a Dutch coin for Wilhelmina Koningin for I think about 1915, please check.
The hall mark is under the lid, but I cannot quite make it out looks like a Lion and an XMeasuring approx 1.5\"(4cm) x 1\" (2.5cm) it is in lovely condition for its age
The hinge is firm, the lid a good fit and the flint rotates ,but needs a bit more polish
