With a a classic turn of the last century s styling it has a weighted baseThe hall mark on the side is for Birmingham 1912 I think- and the makers mark is H.M possibly, may be R.M thr top is rubbed Please check for yourself to confirm this
Measuring approx 3\" (8 cm) tall x 3\" (7.5cm) base diameter.It is beautifully made, in fairly good condition for its age and weighs approx 130g with weighted base
It needs a polish and there are a quite few dinks and marks, but then it has survived two world wars.
