French Teapot
A superb little French Empire style teapot.It dates to the late 19th Century.Hallmarked with the head of Mercury (950/1000) & makers mark for Gaston Bardies.It measures Approx. 23.5cm from handle to spout & 10.5cm high & weighs a heavy 450g.There are signs on glue on the handle (totally solid).Some rippling in the silver on a side (dent repair? noticeable if you look close & use finger tips to feel).
