Fashioned after the Lovely Tiger Lilyor Daylily by the Master Silversmiths of Meriden Britannia Company in Meriden, CT., founded in 1852. *\'In 1895 Meriden Britannia Co bought Wilcox & Everton of New York, beginning the manufacture of a quality line of sterling silver hollowware. This production in New York, was soon transferred to Meriden, CT,and continued also when the firm became part of International silver Company.\' *Thank you website, \'silvercollection\'.
