The brand is Arrowsmith Sterling. The bottom is stamped Arrowsmith Sterling Weighted 179. This beautiful antique sterling silver bowl had one owner, and that was my grandmother. She took excellent care of this beautiful sterling silver bowl! It measures 2 1/2 inches tall and is 5 inches around at the top. Around the very edge is a beautiful roped style pattern and on the interior there is a lovely cut out design of circles the that\'d a lace appearance, giving an extra elegance and beauty! It has a delicate sterling silver handle that is a affixed at the top on both sides. The bowl sits on a little pedestal stand and the bottom measures 2 inches around. This is beautiful and gorgeous quality sterling silver. It would be lovely at a table or place setting for extra elegance during the upcoming Thanksgiving Christmas and holiday season. The bottom of the bowl is weighted to keep it sturdy. This is a very beautiful antique sterling silver bowl in very good condition. I have not polished it so that you can see it\'s quality. I\'m sure that when it is polished it will really sparkle and shine more than it already does! There are a few little spots in the interior that need to be polished or buffed out.
