This is A Superb Miniature Antique Cut Crystal ~ Sterling Silver Collared Perfume Bottle with Facetted Stopper. Produced by The Birmingham Silversmith Arthur Willmore Pennington in 1927.In Lovely Pre Owned Vintage Condition ~ With No Breakages or Restorations to Report. The Silver Collar could do with A Little Polishing. I have Photographed this Piece just how I Found it. As not all Collectors like their Period Silver looking kike ut was Made Yesterday.
