coin mirror money card case chain purseclutch

Sterling silver with 14k gold and copper inlays. Case measures 3.5\" x 23/8\" and weighs 2.8+/- oz. When opened, will hold two different-sized coins and has moneyclip/dance card clip. Mirror is missing. Hinges and clasps are intact. Cover is engraved 1922 however was manufactured in 1921 per the silver mark L 30. Monogrammed TMP on the back.
