This pen tray, or calling card tray, measures 10\" long, 3 1/4\" wide and 1/4\" deep. It has a pretty beaded rim and very graceful fluted sides, simple and elegant. It\'s not in perfect condition, a small amount of denting exists; see last photo. It also has some \"ghost\" writing on it that I had never noticed until I started photographing it in a certain light, I think \"Boyeux Baker\" is lightly scratched on the surface...it is hard to make out. On the bottom it has \"Sterling B75\" with a Lion, Anchor and \"G\". I tried to look up these maker\'s marks but could not find the exact marks. The weight is 96.51 grams of sterling silver. It is a lovely piece. I have been told that this piece is American, Gorham Co., so maybe it is ?
