Antique Sterling Spoon Hallmarked & Signed GREAT Repousse:

This is a family piece that has been sitting in a drawer and ready for a new home.
Heavily decorated repoussed front with Connecticut spelled out vertically along the length of the spoon as shown.
Back is signed Sterling with three hallmarks i this order: a lion, then an anchor, and then one other hallmark thatI cam\'t make out. After tha, there is the word Sterling...and a little further down it says H 14.
The savvy buyer familiar with sterling hallmarks will be able to understand the above and approximate its age and maker. Needs to be polished, especially the spoon bowl. See photos as they are part of my item description and condition.
