This beautiful walnut partners English desk is handmade as an antique Georgian period reproduction. Crafted in a convenient pedestal design, this desk offers plenty of storage under lock and key, and as a partners desk it offers double the normal space! Also, because this is a pedestal desk, it breaks down conveniently into the top and two pedestals. As beautiful as it is useful, this antique style English desk boasts elaborately finished walnut that shows a rich grain and complexion that are complemented by crossbanding and solid brass pulls, which are an elegant English swan-neck style. This antique style desk is also inlaid with rich, brown, gold-tooled leather, which complements the walnut beautifully, while the sides and kneehole of this partners desk feature shaped moulding. This desk rests on gorgeous English ogee bracket feet, whose embellished beauty give it a sense of completion. The kneehole measures 25.5″ wide x 25.25″ tall.
Both sides feature a cabinet on the left and a file drawer on the right. The file drawers can be set up to hold either legal or letter sized files by simply dropping in a hanging file system from any local office supply store.

The central drawers are keyboard drawers which can also function as regular pencil drawers.
All other drawers are fashioned with hand cut dovetailed joints like a true antique.

The top features three panels of lovely brown leather.
The leather is gold tooled and embossed around the edges.
