A superb very rare large German Raeren stoneware one-handled brown salt-glazed jug

decorated at the bolbious with three large appliques in high relief with Roman soldiers surrounded

by compleceted ornamental motife together wit two cherub\'s heads the neck ribbed -

- Last quarter 16th Century - Height: 9,8 inch (250mm) - Excellent condition,

only some very little chips, one with a very little related hair/glazeline (almost not to see)

on top the neck a little out of shape (please see pictures) no cracks, hairlines or restorations -

- Very rare and early jug almost not to find in this fine condition absolute a Museum Piece! -
