Found in a lot of watch parts in a bag marked Wellingford Keywind 246271. Movement looks too be complete, but has a bunch of other parts in the bag, including another balance. Balance on movement is broken and spring is missing. Movement is a bit grimy and could use a good cleaning. Dial is a bit rough with a few hairlines on left side and a good chip missing on right side. Movement measures 45.4 mm across.
