For sale is a tiny antique bisque doll (unmarked Carl Horn) in red crocheted dress. Doll measures 1-1/4\" tall and is in excellent condition. No chips, cracks, etc. Locket looks like handmade silver but no marks. Locket shows wear from time, some dings on back, all consistent with age. Scrolling on backside. The \"glass\" part is actually plastic. You will notice a seam on the top of the lid. I gently opened this piece and the seam allows it to open, but I did not open it the entire way, only for pictures of the doll. There is no hinge and I do not think the locket is made to constantly open and close it. Otherwise, lid fits snugly in place, no problem. Locket measures 2-1/4\" x 1-1/4\" with bail. Rare item!
