You are purchasing the following:Antique Unger Brothers Sterling Silverware Company - Sugar Cube Tongs - Narcissus PatternUnger Brothers Sterling Silver Company started producing silverware sometime in the 1870\'s up until 1914. Unger Brothers Sterling Silver Company was located in Newark, N.J.These tongs have the Unger Brothers hallmark (A U and B intertwined with a circle around) and are marked \"Sterling .925 Fine\" on the inside of the tongs. These tongs do not have a monogram.Unfortunately, my digital scale was not working when listing this item to give a weight. The tongs are approximately 4 inches long.These tongs are in good condition for being 100 years old. I am not sure if the previous owner has polished these tongs, but I have not and will leave it up to the next owner to polish these. There is some tarnish on the tongs, but not much. The tongs also look like there might be a small, slight bend or two to the silver.
