Fine Antique 18ct Gold Turquoise Ring c1895Stunning set with Single Turquoise Cabochon
A gorgeous Victorian 18ct Gold Ring dating to c1895, which is set with a beautiful Turquoise Cabochon (Turquoise was one of the Victorian\'s favourite gems). Typical of fine quality jewellery of the period the ring is stamped with a maker\'s mark \'AH\' and with a hallmark confirming that it is made from solid 18ct Gold(please see the detailed close-upphotographs provided, which form an integral part of the item\'s description).
Thiswonderful little ring, which weighs a substantial 3.3 grams, is set with a natural Turquoise Cabochon that measures approx\' 6mm by 4.5mm. The ring is of the very finest quality crafted in finest 18ct Gold and it is so typically Victorian in style with a plain \'D\' shaped band complementing the simplicity of the rubover setting to create a ring that is simply sublime.
This stunning antique ring, is in great condition; with only light wear commensurate with it\'s age, as shown. It is sized as a UK Ring Size \'C 1/2\', which equates to a US Ring Size \'1 3/4\'; as with almost all antique rings the band is slightly ovalized i.eit is not perfectly round and it measures slightly differently on the gaugedepending on how it is positioned, however this will not affect the ring whenworn.
