A stunning Victorian 18ct Gold Ring dating to 1897, which has scroll engraved decoration and is set with an old-cut Diamond(please study the detailed close-up photographs provided, which form an integral part of the ring\'s description).
As you would expect this fine quality ring, which weighs 3.0 grams, is stamped with a full British Hallmark inside the shank that is part worn but still enable us to confirm that it is made from solid 18ct Gold & that it was assayed in Birmingham in 1897. Overall thering is in great condition with wear to the shank commensuratewith age, as shown.
The ring is sized as a UK Ring Size \'N\', which equates to a US Ring Size \'6 3/4\'; as with almost all antique rings the band is slightly ovalized i.eit is not perfectly round and it measures slightly differently on the gaugedepending on how it is positioned, however this will not affect the ring whenworn.
