A stunning 9ct Solid Gold Art Nouveau Pendant,which dates to c1900;set with gorgeous Peridots in a foliate surround(please study the detailed close-up photographs provided, which form an integral part of this item\'s description).
The Pendant has a beautiful central millegrain set faceted round Peridot set within a typical Art Nouveau stylized Gold Openwork Pendant, surrounded by a further four smaller Peridots similarly set; all crafted in 9ct Gold & decorated with a foliate leafdecoration.
This beautiful antique Pendant has an inverted \'heart-shape\' openwork design atop of a central oval section, which provides a setting for a fifth smaller round Peridot flanked by foliate leaf decoration. The Pendant terminates with a pear shaped Peridot Drop suspended from the bottom of the Pendant, which compliments the other stones.
Typical of the period, this fine quality Art Nouveau Pendant is stamped \'9ct\' on the reverde confirming that it is made from solid 9ct Gold. This wonderful Victorian Pendant only requires the addition of a chain to make it ready to wear.
