Antique Victorian bodice with ornate and dramatic construction. Black silk with an over layer of net with beaded star embellishment. Net lace flared shoulder capelet with black silk ribbon striation. Further net lace flares at mid-length sleeve. Rich yellow velvet trim and embellishment at shoulders, collar and cuffs. Lined inside in silk with boned structural support and grosgrain waistband. Secures with a series of metal hook and eye closures.
